Charlie is nervous about starting middle school. Picked on for most of his life, he’s sure this school year will be just as tough as all the others. At least he has his best friend, Kev. But when Charlie is unexpectedly invited to join a secret club called The Team, he thinks this might be his way into the social world of his school. Soon Charlie realizes that The Team has a mean streak. They target the most vulnerable people in school and prank them. Charlie is not being bullied anymore, but does he really want to be on the other side? When The Team targets Kev for starting a school K-pop club, Charlie will have to choose between popularity and loyalty as he tries to survive middle school.
