Annette Daniels Taylor

Annette Daniels Taylor is the award-winning author of the YA novel in verse Dreams on Fire. She uses multiple media disciplines, including poetry, performance, filmmaking, playwriting, and vocals, to tell her stories. A veteran teaching artist, Annette leads writing, performance, and media workshops in various learning institutions and community organizations. She is an adjunct professor at SUNY Buffalo State teaching broadcast media writing. Born and raised in Staten Island, Annette works and lives with her family, cats, and plants in Buffalo, New York.
